So the other day I went to my moms to finally after 5 years bring my wedding dress back to it's home. But I had to open it and check it out. As my mom and I where looking it over I said I had to try it on. My beautiful and wonderful daughter witnessing it all. So of course she had to try it on as well. Perfect time to practice off camera flash back lighting.
isn't she just the cutest. I have more back light photos from earlier in the week. But these were the photos I could not wait to edit. Hope these get displayed at her wedding some day.

Arie: Fall mini session: Easton, MA Sheep Pasture
I am trying to catch up on all my blogging!!! A few months ago I did fall mini sessions at the Sheep Pasture in Easton, MA. It's a beautiful location. One of the little ones I got the privilege to photograph that day was my good friends Rebecca and Ryan's beautiful daughter Arie. I thought at first she would be a little shy but she started striking poses and really hamming it up.

Photography Challenge Week 11: Free Lensing South Eastern, MA Photographer.
This was the most challenging challenge yet. Free Lensing is no easy task. It will take many tries for me to master this (if I ever master). But all the frustration is well worth it when you get the right effect. It can make a shot look dreamy. Out of all the shots I took I only really loved one. This one of my daughter. It looks dreamy to me.

Photography Challenge Week 10: Reflector South Eastern, MA photography.
For this shoot I need to work fast. I wait until the last min. So I grabbed my no nap, hair a mess ( because it had to be down like Ariel), super cute 3 year old daughter. I used the silver reflector as my walls are a terracotta color and well that reflects as well and leaves a warm if not orange color in photos. So I didn't need the gold reflector. So here is my cute goofy Sophia.

Photography Challenge Week 9: Golden Hour Portrait. South Eastern MA Photographer.
For this Challenge I grabbed my dog and ran out to play in the snow. This was great. Normally he hates having his photo taken and will bark like crazy when you pull out the camera. He was to busy in the snow to care that I was taking his photo. So with out further ado. Here is Baxter the Bulldog. (the funny faces are from eating snow).
